Autumn 2025 Group Therapy
(With a scientific, psychotherapeutic, and group-centered approach)
Workshop Fee: £100
In this group therapy, we provide a safe, scientific, and supportive space for women who wish to reinvent themselves, grow, and experience life in migration with greater awareness and strength.
Three Successful Courses – A Fresh Step Forward
Pavana Group Therapy workshops have previously been held in three consecutive rounds at Edgware Hospital in London, receiving full participant satisfaction (rated 5 out of 5). This success inspired us to design a special and more private edition of the workshop exclusively for Persian-speaking women—delivered in their native language, with scientific content, and with a deeper focus on the unique needs of migrant women.
Who is this Group Therapy for?
Those who are seeking lasting and inner changes in their lives.
Individuals who wish to better understand and transform their behavioral and thought patterns.
People interested in personal growth, improving relationships, and increasing self-awareness.
Anyone who wants to learn the scientific mechanisms of change within a safe group setting.
In these sessions, with the guidance of professional facilitators and the support of the group, you will learn:
Why change is difficult and how it can be made possible.
How to better understand and navigate your emotions and thoughts.
How to draw motivation from group participation and discover your own personal path.
Pavana Centre was founded by two accredited psychotherapists and counsellors in family and workplace wellbeing, both officially registered in the United Kingdom. With extensive professional and personal experience both in Iran and abroad, the founders have a deep understanding of the challenges that come with migration.
Pavana was established to provide a safe, professional, and trustworthy space for Iranians living abroad to enhance their mental health and improve their quality of life.
Our mission is to raise psychological awareness, strengthen personal and social relationships, and foster a healthier, more compassionate community through individual counselling, support groups, and specialised psychotherapy services.
