Group therapy is a powerful way to reduce isolation, gain motivation, and learn from others in a safe, supportive setting. Research shows that support groups lower stress, strengthen social connection, and provide fresh perspectives for change. Sharing experiences, receiving feedback without judgment, and witnessing others’ progress can inspire lasting personal growth.
Pavana Centre was founded by two accredited psychotherapists and counsellors in family and workplace wellbeing, both officially registered in the United Kingdom. With extensive professional and personal experience both in Iran and abroad, the founders have a deep understanding of the challenges that come with migration.
Pavana was established to provide a safe, professional, and trustworthy space for Iranians living abroad to enhance their mental health and improve their quality of life.
Our mission is to raise psychological awareness, strengthen personal and social relationships, and foster a healthier, more compassionate community through individual counselling, support groups, and specialised psychotherapy services.
